Biscom offers a range of technical support programs, backed
by a staff of responsive, knowledgeable support engineers. As
additional support, this site includes a list of current software
versions and FAQs for certain products.
The following plans are offered on an annual
basis:
Standard Service
- Unlimited telephone calls to the Biscom
Support Center for hardware/software support -- which
includes software updates and hardware repair. Hours of operation
are 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Premium Service
- Unlimited telephone calls to the Biscom
Support Center for hardware/software support -- which includes
software updates and hardware repair. Hours of operation
are 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
- In the event the Biscom Support Center
cannot resolve your problem, availability of factory-maintained
standby units (Temps) of equivalent functionality to be shipped
to the customer. If the request for a Temp comes into Biscom
by 2:00 PM EST, the unit is shipped via overnight courier
by the close of that business day.
24/7
- An add-on to the Standard/Premium
service program that gives subscribers telephone access to
the Biscom Support Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
